How Inkeep works with Slack

Get your Slack Workspace ID

Find your Workspace ID from your Slack workspace settings. You'll need this to set up the integration in the Inkeep Dashboard.

Create a Slack Assistant

In the Inkeep Dashboard, create a new Slack Assistant and configure it with your Workspace ID and desired settings.

Install the bot via OAuth

Add the Inkeep bot to your Slack workspace through the OAuth install flow. The bot appears as a member you can @mention or DM.
