How Inkeep works with Discord

Get your Discord Server ID

Find your Server ID from your Discord server settings. You'll need this to set up the integration in the Inkeep Dashboard.

Create a Discord Assistant

In the Inkeep Dashboard, create a new Discord Assistant and configure it with your Server ID and desired settings.

Install the bot via install URL

Add the Inkeep bot to your Discord server through the provided install URL. The bot appears as a member you can @mention.

Configure channels and auto-reply

Choose which channels the bot can respond in, enable auto-reply for specific channels, and set up a dedicated #ask-ai channel if desired.
