Why resolved tickets don't fix your support problem

Too many tickets that shouldn't require a human. Tier 1 volume (setup questions, how-to questions, questions your documentation already answers) keeps growing proportionally with your user base. Handling it with humans is expensive, slow, and a poor use of your best agents.

It asks: did this agent just answer something new? Something not represented in the knowledge base? If yes, it drafts an update to the relevant article and sends it to your team for review and approval. One click, and that knowledge is captured.
