How to use Inkeep's Zendesk co-pilot app to answer support tickets

1. Open the Zendesk ticket

Start with a Zendesk ticket that needs a response. Inkeep includes a built-in Zendesk app that acts as a co-pilot for your support team, helping agents answer tickets faster using your knowledge base.

2. Co-pilot support across platforms

Inkeep offers co-pilot support apps for all major ticketing platforms, including Intercom, Freshdesk, and Zendesk. The workflow shown here applies to any of these integrations.

3. Launch the smart assistant

Click Smart Assistant to open a side panel within Zendesk. The assistant reads the ticket and uses the same knowledge base you've already connected in Inkeep to generate a suggested response.

4. Handle open-ended questions

Not every ticket has a clear-cut answer in your docs. In this example, the customer is asking about new model recommendations, something that may not be documented yet.

5. Review and reply

Review the assistant's suggested response, adjust as needed, and publicly reply to the customer directly from Zendesk.
